Washing advice
- Handwash recommended : always wash lingerie that you want to treat carefully by hand in lukewarm water.
- Always wash your lingerie with similar colors.
- Do not use a dryer or spin dryer, let the lingerie dry on it's own.
- Do not iron or dry clean.
- Padded and lined cups can sometimes wrinkle due to washing. Always smooth them again when they are still wet.

Freya Lingerie Size Guide
Find your perfect fit with the Freya size chart. Please measure your body carefully before choosing a size. The size chart is based on your body measurements, not on the garment sizes. Use this chart below as a guideline only.
How to Measure
- Chest: Measure the circumference across the chest (across the nipples) at its largest point. Hold the tape loose and on a straight line.
- Under Chest: Measure the circumference directly under your chest. Hold the tape tight and on a straight line. Lower the number of centimeters measured to the closest fivesome to calculate your bandsize. E.g. if you measure 88 centimeters under the chest , your european bandsize would be 85.
- The difference between 1(largest point of your chest) and 2 (under chest) defines your cupsize. E.g. you measure 88 centimeters under your chest and 109 centimeters on your chest , your bra size would be 85E. BUT bra size can be different depending on the type and model of the bra. So measure regularly. When in doubt , ask professional advice.
